LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

Through discussion, lecture and practice, participants in this course will focus on the installation, adjustment and troubleshooting of Series-15 controllers.

 

Upon completion of this course, participants will have the ability to:

• Identify all the parts and components of the controller

• Start up the controller

• Getting the elevator up to contract speed

• Diagnose and troubleshoot problems

 

This course will be presented during one four hour session and a 30 minute break.

 

Participants will receive manuals and schematics.

Through discussion, lecture and practice, participants in this course will learn about the Smartrise Elevator Control System architecture as well as how to install, troubleshoot, test and maintain the system.

 

This in-person course will be presented during one 4.5 hour session that includes (2) 15-minute breaks.

Participants in this course will focus on the installation, adjustment and troubleshooting of ESI VVVF-PC Controllers through discussion, lecture, and hands-on practice.

 

Upon completion of this course, participants will have the ability to:

 

• Learn the menu structure of VVVF-PC Controllers

• Hardware component architecture

• Setup and adjusting

• Diagnosing and troubleshooting

• Schematic Overview

 

This course will be presented during one five (5) hour session.

This course will educate and familiarize field personnel with Pixel Control System Installation & Adjustment Hydraulic and Traction Elevator Applications through discussion, lecture, and hands-on practice. Shaft Simulator demonstration provided on site.
